For this large-scale corporate celebration, I worked with Whalefilm and Lally Events to help transform the Oakland Coliseum parking lot into The Park, a temporary city built from the ground up. Over several months of pre-production, I managed the furniture rental and sourcing, curating a diverse mix of pieces from multiple vendors to capture the client’s vision and bring each environment to life. On site, I worked closely with my furniture team to coordinate deliveries, track inventory, oversee placement, and assist with the full strike process. This project was a massive collaboration that blended creative problem-solving with precise logistics, resulting in an immersive landscape that hosted over 8,000 attendees.
